Spanish Survival Method

1. Individual Lessons

Individual lessons may be rescheduled or cancelled by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled lesson.
Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or where a student does not attend a scheduled lesson, the lesson may be treated as used and may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur and these may be considered at our discretion.

2. Monthly Packages

Monthly lesson packages are intended to be used within the applicable package period.
Lessons included within a package do not automatically roll over unless otherwise agreed by Spanish Survival Method.
Once lessons from a package have started to be used, any refund request will be considered taking into account the lessons already delivered and any applicable consumer rights.

3. Complete Course

The Complete Course (£349) covers one complete course/level of the Spanish Survival Method programme. Approximately 10 lessons are a guide; the number of lessons is flexible according to the student’s progress (slightly more or fewer may be needed). It is not a package strictly limited to exactly 10 lessons.
Once delivery of the course has begun, any refund request will take into account the lessons and services already provided.

4. Group Lessons

Group lesson bookings are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy. Where applicable, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance may result in the booked session being treated as used.

5. Cancellation by Spanish Survival Method

If Spanish Survival Method has to cancel a lesson, the student will be offered a replacement lesson or, where appropriate, a refund for the affected lesson.

6. Online Purchases and Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
Where a customer asks for a service to begin during any applicable statutory cancellation period, the customer’s cancellation/refund rights may be affected once the service has begun. Where required by law, any refund may be reduced to reflect services already supplied.

Please include the name used for the booking and the relevant lesson, package or order details so that the request can be reviewed.
Refunds that are approved will normally be returned using the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
